1. Will I have to validate my electronic ticket every time in any way when getting into the trolleybus or the bus?

Electronic ticket is not to be validated separately as it is already valid for a whole calendar month just as a fixed-term paper ticket (e.g., August, September, etc.).

2. Do I have to write down my name and surname on the card?

If you are not going to use discounted tickets, then you do not have to write down your name and surname on the card. The name and surname are only to be written down on the card by the persons, which have supplemented their cards by fixed-term tickets with 50 or 80 per cent discounts.

3. What data do I have to present in case I have lost my electronic card? Do I have to write down the code indicated on the card separately?

In case you have lost your card and you wish to transfer your ticket from the old card to the new one, then you must visit AB “Autrolis” at the address: Islandijos pl. 209, Kaunas, and submit the envelope, in which your e-ticket was packed, which must have a filled-in barcode number of the card and the remained PIN code.
